theres a song i want to download but i cant think who sang it.....not to sure on lyrics either (!) but it has a lovelt slow tune. i know there has been covers but the main version had a guy singing it. please help!

Many, many people have covered Leonard Cohen's Hallelujah. The three most popular versions (besides Cohen's) are by Rufus Wainwright, John Cale and Jeff Buckley.
You most likely heard Jeff Buckley's version.....his seems the most popular. It's very haunting with just him singing while playing guitar. This version has been used in the shows House, Cold Case, The O.C., Without A Trace and The West Wing.
