Something im looking for though....is there anyway i can disable the computer without security locks? u kno so it wont look like anyone did it and it was just of natural cause or somethin.....otherwise the finger is coming right my way....so any ideas?

Set up separate user accounts with separate passwords to separate the brothers from each other.
If it is your computer you have an arguement about your brothers using it. If your parents bought it for all to use, you and your brothers need to get along.
Finally do you think your parents are so naive as to believe a system failure just happened and was not your doing? Parents may have been born in the last century but frankly they are not uninformed either.
Learn to get along.

Why not just make your brother's account a limited/guest account. That would prevent him from installing programs/software/malware.
