He's not been convicted yet, so I won't call him a criminal. (Remember the Duke Rape case, anyone?)

If he is convicted of what he is accused of in the indictment, he is a criminal. For now, he's just an alleged criminal but still a creep.

i would not say he is a criminal ,just an person that has been cruel to animals and made money from it,i don't think he will be put behind bars but as i said in an earlier answer,i do think he should be suspended from some games,pay some money to all animal rights groups and do a public svc. announcement that dogfighting is animal cruelty.

fighting dogs have to be brave- beating and shocking a dog does not make it brave
fighting dogs fight dogs not cats or rabbits so cat and rabbits would not help at all
beagles are baited with rabbits so they will hunt them

I too think we should wait til he's convicted before calling him a criminal
and I think he should have to serve time working in an animal shelter ,if he doesn't go to jail

dog fighting is illegal. he owned the house where a dog pit was being run. hes a stupid kids who needs to grow up before he throws away his career.
