Enterohaemorrhagic E. Coli (EHEC). Most popular of which is O157:H7

Vibrio cholera.

Both of these diarrhea causing bacteria cause diarrhea by toxins (severe diarrhea IS lethel if untreated) and these toxins are encoded by prophage genes in pathogenicity islands

I guess the previous guy is twice as knowledgeable as I am. I came up with E Coli and he thought up two species before I could finish typing that first one.

I think the bacteria of botulism and typhus are others, but am not positive there.

I believe Corynebacterium diptheriae too.
