Animal Abuse Question?

2 little girls were over heard by a little boy, burning an innocent kitten, the kitten was screaming for his life and all the girls were doing was laughing. The poor thing is in critical condition. What should be done about this

I did not witness this, it was in the news. The girls were 12 years old, the boy was younger, those girls need to go to juvi

That is just disgusting .I think the little girls should have to go to a therapist or worse ; for standing and laughing,What happened to people and kid;s consciouses.aDo they not know that it;s a crime and a shame not to get help or yell help when something like this is happening It makes me shake my head and say God help us; what is our world coming to.I seen a drunk guy punch his shepherd dog in the mouth with his fist; for nothing; and i got so mad; i punched him on the arm and said now call the cops so can report you... i HOPE THE BOY GETS SOME TIME IN JUVENILE FOR A WHILE ; BEFORE ANOTHER JEFFERY DAHMER KILLS ANIMALS AS THAT;S HOW HE STARTED,.,

No, the girls do not need to go to juvi (that'll make them come out worse more then likely). What they need is HELP. Also, they should look into the family background and see if there has been any kind of abuse against them or within the house hold in general. Either way these children need help. If there is NO PROOF of who exactly did it, and the only witness is the little boy, then his background needs to be looked into as well (just in case he did it and is blaming it on the girls, or if not to at least make sure this didn't tromitize him). Either way, the two little girls, and that boy and their family all need to seek and get HELP ASAP! That's what I say.

The law may say something different, and people who don't care about animals or the future mind of a psycho might deem the law and even what I said unnecessary. So be it, don't come screaming to me when their burning people alive, when they started out with cats.

I my gosh I wanted to cry when I read that. Animal control should know who is responsible for the kitten's condition. The girls as well as the parents need to be held responsible for what they did. I'd make them pay for the kittens medical bills for sure. I don't know how old the girls are or what their home life is like but some sort of criminal charges should be made. If anything the girls need some therapy. That kind of behavior can be a predictor of many mental illnesses as an adult.

This is absolutely horrible, what is wrong with most all society? And I thought Dog-fighting in VA. was bad, this is even worse,these are tomorrow's teenagers.

These kids must be punished, by what means I'm not sure.
Perhaps cleaning all cages at a local animal shelter and certainly therapy, A juvenile Judge must take action immediately on this one. The next time it may be a smaller child. Where in the ---- are all of the parents?

In my day parents were held responsible..once your parents got in trouble they took the initiative to beat your ***..sometimes a spanking or discipline is just THAT!!!! Do we need to call CPS everytime a child is spanked,I was abused I know the difference..no wonder the youth today are out of control.ASPCA my butt..JAIL MOM AND DAD...P.S. coaX I guess we can depend on you to raise the next generation of serial killers..THANKS

someone should call ASPCA on him it's proven that little kids who can hurt animals have a higher chance of hurting people when they are older. This is really sad someone needs to talk to the little girls and explain to them how this wasn't something to laugh about. This is so sick and sad.

I sort of wish i hadn't read that.

I can't understand cruelty to animals. I can't understand the mentality of anyone who would enjoy seeing an animal suffer -child or not.

It makes me sick.

Anyone who enjoys seeing any living thing suffer is ill in the head, and not to be trusted.

it should be reported to the s.p.c.a. that is horrible...but please report it...if you cannot contact the s.p.c.a. then call your local police they will help you get in contact with them...besides the fact that the police will hold these girls accountable for what they have done and if they are found guilty they will not be allowed to own or be around animals...this is so frightening....what kind of children do this?

Those little brats should suffer the same abuse! Give them to the police and forget about them!!
