anything 80's (air supply, jefferson starship, madonna, debbie gibson... etc...)
my mother would blast these tracks on her stereo as though we were the only house on the block, was annoying then but when i hear them now though, they do bring back my favorite childhood times .. i even find myself downloading them. <3

That song by Phil Colins called In the Air (I remember the line " I can feel it in the air tonight....hold on...) It reminds me of a couple of years ago when I would be driving home early in the morning from a long night of club hopping in Detroit . For some reason that song would always come on the radio.

"How's it going to be" by Third Eye Blind always makes me think of high school, heard it after a break-up and it was one of the few pop songs of the time that I had a connection with. I don't hear it much anymore, but every once in a while I'll hear it on the radio at work and will get nostalgic and start thinking about that one that got away...
There are a lot of songs that define times in my life, my list could go on and on.

"Lady In Red" By Chris DeBurg
It is the song I used to dedicate every night to my then-girlfriend back when I used to do a Love Songs Show on the radio.
Even though she ripped the heart from my chest, and devastated me, I think of her every time I hear this song. To this day, whenever I hear that song, I get a tear in my eye.

Collective Soul - "Shine"
Stone Temple Pilots - "Interstate Love Song"
Soundgarden - "Black Hole Sun"
Prominent songs on the soundtrack of the early-to-mid 1990's :) Ahh, nostalgia.

June Is Busting Out All Over ...... and not happy memories. My Mam died on 1st June when I would traditionally greet the day by singing that song.
I've not sang it since 1996
