The order is William then Harry then Andrew.
Andrew was next in line after Charles until the birth of Charles' sons.

Prince William of Wales (William Arthur Philip Louis; born 21 June 1982) is the elder son of Charles, Prince of Wales and the late Diana, Princess of Wales. He is second in the line of succession to the British throne and thrones of each of the other Commonwealth Realms. As the son of the Prince of Wales and grandson of Queen Elizabeth II, Prince William is a member of the British Royal Family.

*The first in line is Prince Charles*

William, and then Harry. If William marries and has a child, the child would be in line before Harry. The succession passes down from parent to child. The only reason Elizabeth II came to the throne was because her father's brother abdicated to marry Wallace Simpson.
In those days to marry a divorced woman meant you had to step down from the throne or the succession.
Anyway, her Dad, George took England through WWII with style and grace and a good heart, and so the succession passed over to his children.

It is Prince William. The reason why he was not sent to Iraq like his brother, Prince Harry.

If we could remember, Prince Andrew was sent to Falkland Islands, but never Prince Charles in the British war with Argentina.

Because the heir to the throne is spared from this kind of duty.

No. Andrew is out in the cold, because the Heir Apparent (Charles) has begotten a son (William) , and that son will then be next in line.

It would be Andrew IF Charles had no children. But he does, so William would be next in line, followed by Harry. If those two didn't take the throne, next up would be Andrew, followed by Andrew's kids, followed by Edward and then Edward's kids. After you go through all the princes, then you'd go to Princess Anne. After Princess Anne and her kids, you skip back a generation to Princess Margaret's children.

I suspect that Andrew, Edward, Anne and their children feel pretty safe from having to take the throne :-)
