NO, and you had me LOL with your question.
However, inmates do have a specific name for hiding something up their bum so when an ex-con is a suspect a rectal exam is not too far out of line.
True New York cops killed almost killed a man with a broom stick while performing rectal exam. That was clearly illegal and the successful law suit against New York City proved it.
But, we have to face it rectal exams are necessary for people who live with no rules and will do anything to hurt, kill and win.
So if you go to prison for gang style crimes you better hope you don't have an allergy to latex.
