i've been with my fiance for 5 years and we were very happy....but he started doing oxycotin again (he had been clean for a while) and now hes extremely mean he acts like i mean nothing to him is this the drug or him he is starting treatment in 2 days! its like he has no feelings at all

Sounds like you need a break while he's in treatment. When he gets out and has recovered, then decide whether or not to marry. He probably has other issues beneath just the drug use. It could get better or it could get worse again. It's a gamble. Give him a chance at least to dry out and reassess what he really wants and what you want. Tell him that you loved the guy he is without the drug and that you couldn't take anymore of how things have been for you. Insist on regular narc-anon meetings for support and maybe alanon for you. My mother was a drug addict so I understand the pain. The key thing to dealing with addicts is knowing that an addicthas to want to quit by themselves. There is nothing non one can say or do.

It's the drug, but he is an addict and it could be you are going to be dealing with this for the rest of your marriage on and off.
