I had a misscarriage last Jan...and I was about 18 weeks along...we had just had the first ultrasound and saw our little boy......then I just started bleeding.....I am a nurse so I knew it was bad....I found a sitter for my 3 kids, called my husband at work and my doctor to meet me at the er....Before I got there I delivered my dead baby....it was the saddest, worst feeling I ever had.

When I was about 14....yelling at my Mom and really hurting her feelings. I felt so ashamed and disgusted with myself. That was a terrible feeling. I've only felt like that 2 or 3 times in my life....and I hope I'm mature enough now to never have it again.

My dad died at a young age, and going through that has been the worst experiance.

Having to put my 4 year old pit bull to sleep do to breathing complication from a rare form of cancer. trying to decide if it is the right time for something to live or die rather than suffer. this I think was one of the hardest decisions I will have ever had to make. No one should have to decide when it is time to live or die it should just come naturally without suffering, but life is never easy is it....

Undoubtedly, the sudden death of my father--but the period of extreme anxiety that I went through was the worst! I'd wake in the night with terror of impending death. Nothing could aleviate them until I got on anti-anxiety meds and therapy.

When I was in 6th grade and I realized my (obviously very capable) teacher wouldn't do anything about the kids who were bullying me.

a few years ago, when i was so mad at my mom and i wrote down really mean things about her... then she found it and my brother told me that it hurt her feelings so badly

Knowing that the last time my father saw me I was mad at him. That night he killed himself.
