All 6 should still be there, with nothing to disturb them all these years. The Apollo 11 flag is laying down because the rocket blast from the takeoff blew it down, but the others were set up farther from the LM and stayed up after takeoff.

I know Buzz Aldrin said he saw the flag fall over on Apollo 11 as the ascent module lifted off the moon. They couldn't get the flag pole to go down in more than a few inches and seemed very unstable. I also think they might have put it into the ground a little too close.
In the other missions, with this information maybe they modified the pole design? And had a better spot farther away in mind from the start? At any rate, I think the issue was resolved so the rest of the flags are hopefully still up. Heinz is correct, the flag is held up with a top bar, which I'm sure didn't help the Apollo 11 flags' stability any.

They are still there. They NEVER were "flying". They were supported by the mast and a horizotal staff. The first flag was blown over by the blast gasses from the lift-off of the Lunar Excursion Module when it left the Moon. The others are still there. No one has touched them.

There is NO WEBCAM keeping an eye on them -- just pictures in NASA's website photo album taken from the time of the missions..

Yes it's still there. The original Apollo 11 flag was turned over though, from the take off blast from the engine. More flags were put into place in later missions.

With all the telescopes in and around the earth - there is still not one that can locate the flag on the moon!
This is depressing!

All flags left behind are still there - maybe they got blown over by solar wind but still there. The dunebuggy is still there too - perhaps a tad rusty but still on the landing.

If I recall correctly the Flag was blown down by the exhaust gases when the Lunar Lander blasted off for its return flight.

It's still there, although it may not be "flying;" it may have gotten knocked over by the departing craft.

How could they still be there when, according to two questions I read today, we never landed on the moon??

You people are so gullible, or at least those conspiracy theorists would have you believe.

It is. The only way it wouldn't be is if something from sapce hit it.

None of them are 'flying' as there is no atmosphere. ~
