Not at all.

It's all based on genetics (and puberty development if you're still not done developing).

If it stunted penis growth, uncircumcised guys wouldn't be in the majority in almost all developed nations (and world), nor would circumcision rates be falling. I say that because most guys seem too worried about their size! =P

No. But a too-tight circumcision can.

But don't worry about size. Nobody else on the entire planet cares how big your package is -- nobody! And girls think the male interest in size is totally bizarre. You know what? They are right. SIZE DOES NOT MATTER.

If anything it makes it bigger. Just think about it, you have about 2/3 more skin on your penis. doesn't that make it bigger, not to mention that you don't have the skin pulling really tight when you get hard like a cut guy.

No, being uncircumcised is normal - it doesn't affect growth. Neither does circumcision, unless the operation is done badly.
