not sure from your description...but the brown recluse is also referred to as "the violin spider" because they have a violin shape on their body...see photo below:

I agree with the others. More detail would be great.
I'd start with the sizes of the spiders and specific markings.
The good news is that there are very few common US spiders with white fangs, or chelicerae, the fleshy covering around the fangs. The bad news is that the majority of common spiders are brown or some shade of it. So if you were to put the spider next to a familiar object, what would it be similar to? Is the body stocky with seemingly short legs and moves around in little bursts , or is it long legged and fluid moving?
As for mr. grey and fuzzy, this fits a lot of spiders of all shapes and sizes as well. Yes, the smaller lynx, jumping, and wolf spiders fit this description as do some spiders here in the SF Bay Area that grow 3-4 inches across and spin webs almost 5 - 7 feet wide. I've been trying to find a house with these guys since I saw them all over a friend's house a few years ago. Anyhoo, when you say fuzzy, do you mean peach fuzz or really hairy?
Pop over more details and someone here is sure to figure it out.

Well, for what it's worth, pretty much every spider is called a Brown recluse by someone. Obviously most of them aren't. It's possible that it is, but I wouldn't bet the farm on it. The fuzzy one might be anything from a jumping spider to a wolf spider.. What you could do is try to make the most detailed description you can - what shape is the body: long and thin, short and fat, round, flat, square-ish, tear-drop-shaped. Are there any patterns? Is it brown with five square white spots? Purple with yellow wavy lines? How about where you find it - is it in a web? If so, what kind of web - orb web, sheet web, messy 'cobweb', etc. Does it run around on the ground very fast, or sort of slowly stroll around and hide under things? Does it "look at you", and turn to face you? Does it sidle away sideways and hide under a leaf or flower that it's on? Are there any obvious unusual things about it: 'eyebrows'? shiny, metallic 'fangs'? big eyes on the front of its face? Every detail can help us to give you a guess at an ID.
