There is no difference in eating fish than it is steak or any other meat product. I am sure you eat that or drink milk or eat cheese or eggs....it is all from an animal. Mammal or fish, it doesn't make a difference.

i eat fish to balance my diet,
i dont go around killing fish though, when i go fishing it is catch and release only. i will only kill the fish if i plan on eatting it.
i dont think that is being barbaric, it would be if i killed it for no reason.
