if i'm sad and happy about it, am i still sad? yes, because there is something else you're sad about, not the fact that you are sad itself.
same goes for that.

Hi my Buddie Shawn hope you are well glad its Friday I had bad week at work my boss was away and it was not even him I had the problem with ha ha...It was management ha ha
Anyway to answer your question the fact that you KNOW that your in denial actually in the end you Know your really not.....
Be who you are always be true you that's all I can say...if you have to accept that your in denial you really are not in denial.....because you are accepting it .....settling for something that you really are not and you need to come to terms with it in your own time..For me my denial has been my job for the past 16 years ha ha and now I am facing a situation where I had enough and I am not denying my rights anymore as an employee I am tired of the injustice when I work so hard in my job...its like I have no say or right I have always been a team player in Corporate America but sometimes you need to stand your ground and not be afraid of who you are or what you... I wish you the best in what you are going through do not deny anything in the end you lose many years and your self-esteem will pay the price good luck Shawn :))

Yes. You're still in denial about what you were denying originally before you accepted the act of denying, though not what you were actually denying.

Being in the Nile is more than just swimming in a river, it's being all wet too. Being in Denial is not just a state of mind. It is the act of doing nothing about it. What are you DOING about it?

H,
Denying denial, denies, denying denial.
So
Denial denied = denying + denial = you.

Yes, you are in denial.
For example, an alcoholic may be aware alcohol is causing problems in his life. In those circumstances, he is denying the full impact, the full price of the life he leads. He is in what I call partial denial.

Melancholia was a state of mind cultivated by the certain of the ancient Greeks. Try it some time. I do; and I am never happier than when slightly depressed.
There is nothing wrong with honestly holding conflicting emotions. Emotions are what they are. We compartmentalize and deal with it.
It is far, far more dangerous to hold two conflicting beliefs. For it is then that your mind no longer has schoolyard fights with itself, but global war.
