The administrator of that computer probably blocked it for a reason,. If that computer has been set up to block certain sites you can bet the Network admin also is monitoring that computer ( all on the network) especially if you log on then whatever you do is kept.. we do that where I work.

Not legally. Try viewing the site on your own computer instead of one where the admin has installed filtering software.

yes, go to the website that you want, it will show up blocked, then copy that website address and go to google.com. Then in your search bar type cache: then the website right after it. it should show up after that
