In a month i would like to fit into my old pair of jeans which are a size 0. My hips, stomach, thighs, and saddle bags seem to be the problem. I want to be a size 0 / 24 for when school starts again! i feel gross.

stop eating snacks and high calorie foods, start excercising - cardio and weights.

Cut back on eating amount, no food after six, ix-nay on the pop,Carbonation causes water retention ergo weight gain. Yes, even diet pop it is still carbonated. Last but most importantly lots of exercise it is the key to ALL weight loss.

The fastest way is no carbs. But it is dangerous. Get the Atkins book and follow it religiously. You will loose 5 lbs the first week.

Eat less exercise more.. but do it for good health..... not for any other reason.... and then just be yourself. Thats all that really matters.
