Sounds like your firewall is blocking said IP Adress from accessing your computer. I would suspect thats a good thing.

somebody tried to acces yur comp. the number is the ip adress of him. but your firewall blocked it. CONGRATULATIONS. you wasn't hacked.

Hi. That number is an IP address. It means that your firewall or malware programs or something else would not let the address work.

That comp (it's an ID I think) was blocked from trying to enter your comuter by one of your programs.
It's a hacker probably.
