im on loestrin 24.. ive been on it for a year and it is starting to mess with my period really bad..Does seasonigue make you gain weight..and why?? Does it really make you only have 4 periods a year?

Yes, it really does cause a woman to have a period 4 times a year. I've talked to women who have tried it and the one before it Seasonale and some have been very pleased. I have talked with others who were not so pleased because of the spotting that occurred on it (and the company even warned about this with the first product).
The reason Seasonique could possibly cause someone to gain weight like other pills is because of the hormones in it. The weight is mostly that of water and it's about 5-10 lbs on average.
