can anyone tell me how to fix a broken speaker from a cell phone?

my cell phone's ring tone isn't as loud as it use to be after i dropped it. i can barely hear the ring tone even when it's set on the loudest mode! Is there a way I can fix this on my own?

its not that 'old fashioned' its a sony ericsson w300i flip phone
