hey tardx, it is against the law to murder, kidnap, etc, the things the soldier was found guilty of.

ok if one soldier gets away with murder it is a good example that if you do what he did, you are'nt really gonna get in trouble so in that instance it is the entire military.

After serving his time in Leavenworth, like how you are leaving that little tidbit out. Military goes to federal prisons when found guilty of breaking the law and military prisons are way worse than civilian.

you're at a loss for words. The shape and worldwide regulation are 2 different issues. the u . s . is in simple terms situation to worldwide rules we the u . s . agree and sign in to. are you able to think of if the worldwide ought to dictate rules to different worldwide places by consensus? We does not have any dictators, or sharia rules against women human beings might we?

Miss something here.
Trent was put on trail and found guilty. and punished.

That doesn't make him above the law.

With his bad conduct discharge will destroy any chances of getting a good job.
So he will pay for his crimes long after he is out.

They are not really above the law. There is a greater retribution that awaits all these people.

It will be slow in coming, but you know what they say about the wheels of fate. Slow but fine, slow but fine...
