No, male Guppies are better than a mix. When you mix sexes, you have to worry about what you are going to do with 200 Guppy babies. No bad points. Guppy "fighting" is really just a standoff between to harmless fish. Rarely is nipping involved.

With that many in that size tank, yes they will probably fight. The only way to avoid males from fighting is to either supply them with enough females or to give plenty of room and hiding places for each fish. I can't tell you exactly how many you will be able to keep in there but since you can only safely add a couple at a time for the bioload then you should be able to judge by watching their behavior. All live bearer males will show aggression without females, especially if crowded. The question is how much. Since most aggression is first accomplished by "flaring" (a way of making themselves appear larger) most people do not think they are being aggressive. Not all fights are done with nipping. But all of them are stressful. Just watch closely for several days after you add new fish for aggressive behavior and you will find out the safe limit for that tank.

The only times I have known it pulled off without any aggression have been fry from the same batch raised together.

Good luck.

If they are all basicly the same size, there shouldn't be any real problems. If any are bigger, they will be recognised as female and chased ceaselessly.
I wouldn't do more than 1 per gallon, tho. I'd go with 20.

Make sure you know this fish's parameters, tho they are not coldwater fish, these guys do like it slightly colder than most tropical fish. Do your research, if you haven't already done so.

I would definitely look into getting a bigger tank. The bigger the tank, the less aggression.

hello.
that could be a little trouble because if they begin with a fight they could jump out of your tank.

no bad points, as they wont fight with out any females there.

the only thing is watch your numbers i would go with 20. 30 would really be pushing it.
