i want to lose liek 35 pounds before august 22 can anyone help me woth that please i would w=really appreciate it

i also work with horses daily and weigh liek 183 and i am a camp counsaler and i work with kids daily

There is no healthy way to lose that much weight in one month. If you tried, you would get very sick and possibly even die.
Just eat healthy (cut out the junk food) and exercise.

Protien shakes, water and find a physical activity to you really enjoy. GIVE UP SODA POP. regular or diet.

I agree with the answer that 35 LBS in one month is WAY dangerous. And if you pull it off you'll be so deprived and physically beat down that you'll gain it all back in a hurry and probably add 10 lbs.

But, if you get in the habit of having a protien shake every morning it will help you concentrate, keep you from getting hungry an hour after getting to school, and help you balance out the rest of the day.

Typically people, especially kids and teenagers don't consume enough protien. Carbs are no problem because they are in everything, but healthy carbs are important too, as well as is healthy fats. (olive oil, peanut butter, etc)

Here's a killer recipe if you like chocolate and bananas:

1/2 banana (can do a whole if you want)
4-5 ice cubes
half water half milk up to the level of the ice cubes (can sub soy if you want)
1/4-1/2 cup of All Bran
Blend really well
1/2-1 tablespoon of peanut butter
1-2 scoops of chocolate protien shake.

Blend for about another minute. Drink.

Look around at different health stores for good deals. Typically GNC is by far the most expensive. Try out different brands and recipes.

If it's not sweet enough you can throw in a tablespoon of hot coco mix or Nestle Quick. Just don't get carried away as it can add calories in a hurry.

I ride bikes. It's fun and I get a great workout. It has become one of my passions. + I do a bunch of core work. If I'm watching TV I do ab crunches during the commercials.

Find a sport or exercise program that you genuinly love and the rest will fall into place. If you can get into good habits now it will make your life better, happier and longer. And you won't have to ask this question next year when you become a sophmore.

PS if you are 5'4" and are trying to drop from 120 LBS to 98 LBS ignore everything I've said and find a good therapist.

first of all 35 pounds in one month is nearly impossible and if it is achieved it could kill you. the average normal weight loss for a person eating healthy and exercising is 2lbs per week so thats 8-10lbs a month. you want a slow and steady weight loss because then there is less chance of the weight coming back. my advice to you is to get your mother and join weight watchers and a gym together. weight watchers is a very easy and successful program just try it for a month and you will love it

ehh not eating would do the trick but thats no good. I would just run on the tredmill and do situps, also, eat right. I used to use zantrex 3 for about a month and I lost like 20 pounds. but i dont take it ne more because i dont want to lose ne more weight. good luck

35lbs!?!?! in one month? that's very unhealthy. first of all, if you are doing it because of school..that's just crazy. yes, i know you want to look good, i'm not going to lie, i've been trying to cut down, working out, and just recently picked up running...but not just because of high school but because i want to truely be HEALTHY. please dont think you have to be skinny or anything to make friends or to please people. it's really your attitude and the way you carry yourself. yes, there are going to be some people who judge you, but forget them. they wont matter for the rest of your life. high school will really fly by, trust me, i'm a senior this year..and freaking out, i'm going to COLLEGE next year!?? so weird but anyways.. if you really want a nice body for high school, it will take sometime, you can't just rush it. you just need to start eatting really healthy, veggies and fruits always, no soda or anything high in fat and oils. start working out and doing lots of cardio and your body will eventually change. finding a new sport to play is a great way, because it's not oh i'm WORKing out..you're PLAYING. besides, how much do you weigh right now? i'm really concerned because depending on your weight, it might be even unhealthy to drop 10. i dont know, you might need to drop 35 lbs if you are overweight, but you could really hurt yourself if you do that in one month.
