I was in vegas the past week and on the last day i got my period and for some reason it's soooooo heavy!! It has never been like this. When i slept last night i put on a new pad and when i woke up this morning I had leaked all the wasy through my new jammy's and onto the bed. I feel horrible. I woke up this morning and drank 1000 mg of ibuprofen. Is that too much? Ughhhh this is going to be a sucky day!! Wish me luck.

Girl! You are not alone! I hate having a heavy one when I am on vacation. I believe as for the over the counter meds be careful.

that happened to me too! ususally my flow is light and the one time i go on vacation it's heavy!
these are the days where ice cream and romantic movies are my best friends.
