I prefer 2%. But i found if you buy whole milk and split it 50/50 with water you can make two gallons of 2% tasting milk.

Just a way to save a penny for us 2 percenters out there.

Drank complete as a baby using fact no one frightened on the subject of the fat in milk lots lower back then. Switched to 2% for my very own baby. those days switched to a million% using fact i'm weight-reduction plan. Skim i won't do. i could extremely have a bowl of cereal in water. style could be on the subject of an identical. Skim, ew.

Whole Milk is 4% fat by volume, just an 8 oz glass would have about 75 fat calories so i drink 1% milk, about 18 calories per 8 OZ serving. Love the higher fat flavor I can just no longer afford it.

2% Milk
I grew up on skimmed milk made from powder.
Prefer a nice cold glass of 2% milk.

I drink 2%, have whole milk for my kids. And we also have a gallon jug of chocolate around at all times, too.

I like 1%. So only one percent is milk and the rest is water? That sounds gross now that I think of it.
