i just thought about this since i was traveling and realized i havent visited many cities. so what are your top 10. anything goes

Seeing you said you haven't visited many cities, I only included cities.
1. New York City, New York
2. Chicago, Illinois
3. Honolulu, Hawaii
4. New Orleans, Louisana(although I'm not for sure how things have been after Katrina)
5. Washington D.C.
6. San Francisco, California
7. Boston, Massachussetts
8. Denver-Colorado Springs Area
9. Las Vegas, Nevada
10. Memphis, Tennessee

Let's start with cities: New York, Washington, Boston, Los Angeles and Philadelphia are all great.
Other attractions: Disney World should be seen at least once in Orlando. Yellowstone Park is a must. Pearl Harbor should be experienced. Glacier National Park is as great as they say. Mount St. Helens was surprisingly impressive.

Pick any city in Maine just to say you went from one side (sunny Calif) to to the other (that being Maine)
There are so many cities to choose from. It would depend on what you want to see. Boston and New Orleans for history and very cool old buildings, Key West and California for fun and sun. Yahoo Travel isn't a bad source to search each city for things to see and whatnot. Happy traveling!!!!!
