Is this unusual?
I mean, I still lean back on the couch, and I can fall asleep on it in a single episode of neighbours , but still....I find myself enjoying sitting on the floor.
Its the same whislt I surf too......
Would you think this is strange?

Comfortable but not unusual. I do not find it at all strange. Perhaps we should start ( The floor peoples club, or people on the floor club) lol, lol.
I love the floor so much, that my bed is about 18" off the floor They call them platform beds? ( I think that's what they're called) mine has the 6 drawers, three (3) on each side.
One thing about the floor
you don't have far to fall, (lol,lol,lol)

I do the same thing, except with my bed in my room. I watch tv, play video games, and even read on the floor. People come in my room and sit on my bed, and I am like what r u doing? lol. I just like the floor, to sleep on and sit on. Even at friends' and family houses I visited, I am known for sitting and sleeping on the floor, and wanting to. Maybe its weird, but its comfy too lol.

Try switching the TV off and reading a book instead

No, I'm always sitting on the floor, the wife thinks I'm weird.

Not strange at all.
It simply shows you are comfortable in your place and that you can relax amongst your possesions.
I live alone and have a three bedroom house, but I spend most of my time in my kitchen and my computer room.

I don't know about the surfing, but, a comfy couch is hard to stay awake on.

Perfectly normal.
Remember that in many cultures, it is normal to sit on the floor.

no i do that aswell sit on a wodden floor watching tv but never while watching neighbours surprised u admitted to that lol

Not at all, personally I love sitting on my bean bag more than my couch though.
