Well I am the worlds best skiver so if I had a believable excuse like a spot on my nose I'd take a week off.

I would indeed and rate the comments of the day.
I went to work with a burst blood vessel in my eye .
my eyes are blue/ grey. The white of the eye around the pupil was still white but the rest was pure red!! lovely. I looked realy weird.
Made everyone else feel sick! lol

humm you mean risk loosing £30 of a days work and possibly get fired and have to quit univeristy and live in my parents house untill i meet a local stud have a baby and live in a council house ...or go to work with a bit of extra foundation o-0

yes. But not without putting on some origins on the spot stuff, attempting to pop it, putting some more of the stuff on, then doucing with make up.

I'd have to, because I'm out of sick days and vacation time...
But what I'd probably do is pop the bugger so at least it can lay flat beneath some strategically applied makeup.
