BU, hands down. Boston University is known nationwide as a great school, while Northeastern isn't really known at all outside its immediate area (except when people get it confused with Northwestern.)

BU has the better reputation for educational excellence. However, Northeastern's co-op program is very unique. If you have to pick between the two then go with BU.
