Not all of it. I mean, there are some times when I feel more confident if I look better than like I just threw myself together, but really, confidence is usually all in how I feel about myself. If I feel like I know who I am, then I'm usually more confident. Exercising for me, for anyone, can be a big confidence booster. The socially, physically, and mentally healthy feeling boosts your confidence. I should go running.

Confidence is a way to express how you feel, although you can show confidence through clothes, such as wearing bold new or differnet things, it is mostly in the way you act. Like - you can dress in bright yellow and orange and people can tell that you are most likely happy, but that's an emotion, and confidence is more of a personality trait that doesn't change. I would say it's in your body language and the way you act.

I wouldn't say it's in the clothes - REAL confidence comes from within, but when I feel confident, I tend to wear brighter, more daring clothing because I feel great.

Well my clothes I don't care about the brand I just wear it but my confidence is really in myself. Yeah it's just the thing I put on to keep myself for warm.

Most of the time...I mean I wouldn't feel as attractive if I were to be walking around with some raggedy clothes on. lol

it's all about the face really...if a guy has a really nice body but really fugly face, then girls would run away even if he wore a $200 shirt.
