Not sure if it's exactly what you're looking for, but the St. Louis Travelodge ( http://www.resideo.com/us/missouri/berkeley/36191058.hotel ) has in-room jacuzzi tubs.

Try the Cheshire inn on Clayon Rd. I know they have a Jungle room, maybe a Jacuzzi too.
