Ok kids, I'm 65 and just beginning to enjoy things I haven't had the opportunity to enjoy in my past. I can't even envision placing an age limit on when to "check out," but 70 isn't anywhere close.

Sure - look how many productive citizens are 70+. If anything I want to live to age 79 and the year 2050 since it is a jubilee year in the Catholic Church.

Have a good weekend!

I feel I won't live past 70. Quality of life is more important than the actual years.

That would depend on the health I would be in. Some 70's somethings are very independent and can get around with ease and have their wits about them. Other's are not so fortunate. Also would depend on my financial situation. So, if I'm healthy and have enough to live on, then I guess so.

I would like to live as long as possible as long as I can take care of myself, am aware of who I am, who others are and can be aware of my present and remember much of my past, and not be a burden on my family.
I would finally like to be able to quietly die in my sleep like my grandfather, not like his passengers, screaming as they rolled down the hill through the bushes.

It depends on my health and mental cognisence. If I am out of it or unable to control my bladder and bowel movements it aint much of a life. If I am active and mentally whole, I am still alive.
