I'm stuck at work all day so that eliminates some level of boredom. Besides that, I surf the internet, answer questions, read, write, play games, go for walks, etc.
Instead of screeching about being bored, why not actually get off your rear end and find something to do? There's an idea.

Oh, that one is easy. Volunteer. I bet there are some people in your neighborhood, that needs a little help with gardening, outside chores, etc. Give a hand to an older neighbor, see how good it makes you feel.
