105 and you are still conscious and lucid? I find that hard to believe.
Get in a very cool shower or bath to lower your body temp. Also vomit if you can. It will help lower your temp and make you feel better. After you throw up take some Tylenol.
If your temp doesn't go down, go to the Emergency Room.

Fever is just the bodies natural response to an infection or virus, but, there are times when it gets too high that you need to go to the emergency room. Your fever is so high that tylenol may not get it down and if it does after it wears off it may go back up. If I were you, I would be in the emergency room, you could have a serious infection, maybe even pneumonia. Go to the er asap!

Go to the emergancy room NOW! Temperature of 105 and higher can fry your brain!
Get off the computer, and have someone drive you to the hospital.

You need to get to the hospital, a temp of 105 is not anything to play with.

You REALLY need to go to the hostpital you have an extreme tempature. Or, fill your bathtub with ice and sit in it. You seriously need to bring your fever down. Your brain could litterally fry! Pleez take my advice. Best of luck :]

Get to the hospital ASAP. If your temp gets any higher you could be at risk of having a seizures, slipping into a coma, or even death.

i can tell u one thing i wouldnt be on yahoo answers if i had a 105 degree temp i would already be at the hospital.

Because of your breasts hurting it's possible that your period is coming but because of the fever you really need to see your doctor to have them evaluate the situation further.
