I want to start a blog that everyone will read. After all, my opinions are extremely important. How do I get started?

Well, starting the blog is the first step. Then, advertise on google and other places. Advertise to people who care about the specific subjects you discuss. Advertising to people about dogs who are into computers isn't going to make you a star.

first you must start your blog.
second leave comments on other people's blogs. don't sell your blog to them. simply read their blog and leave a comment. they will wonder who you are and check out your blog. if they like it they will come back and read it again. the more blogs you read and comment on the better.
