I was nervous and had a lot of trouble at first. But look at the diagram and relax. Just feel around. It can only be inserted in one spot. So dont be nervous it will go in the wrong place by accident. Once you get it, youll be soo relieved!

In each box of tampons there is usually a paper that shows you what to do. I would start out with a playtex slimglide if you don't normaly wear them.

I just started too..... i would wait til the next time to try tampons if i was you.... It sounds painful!!!!!!!!!
