ummmm. if you got it before the 17 then yes. if not, order it from another place. OR... order it illegally on ebay and have it delivered overnight. and you'll get it tomorrow. you won't get introuble. honestly. not sure why but everyones doing it and not in trouble. 1200 people got the book accidently shipped wednesday so ther're selling 'um. so........

I'm getting my book to, its not ups though its some other company they will be delivering all day.

I ordered my from Amazon and they guaranteed release date delivery.
