Download again from another site,Www.filehippo.com or www.majorgeeks.com

Personally I would re-install Java, or try and see if there is a newer version of it out on the market.
If this fails to work, have a look at the settings on you Internet browser and see if it allows Java script to open and run.
Thirdly try your Firewall, or other Real time protection software.

It's probably best to uninstall Java, download the latest version and install that instead. Hopefully the problem will correct itself.

I use to get that i tried downloading it, uninstalling java, re-installing java in the end i gave up and downloaded firefox and it all worked fine
