no, you shouldnt' really regret anything just learn from them. Make it a lesson instead of something that might ruin your life if you dwell on it to much

I doubt that you could find a single person in the history of humankind that has zero regrets. I think that regrets are learning experiences and to make the mistakes you make worth it, you ought to examine them closely to see what can be learned.
Lover break off the relationship? Got fired? Burned yourself on the stove? Ask yourself why, so that next time you won't make the same mistakes.

You have to live with regrets nonetheless. Whether you survive comes from your will to live. If you regret what you've done and are at the point of no return, then there is no survival for you. If you regret what you've done and are truly sorry and have rectified it, then you will survive anything.

Umm ..... no. Living with regrets gives them long life, present day status. I think you have to look at them, live through them and put them behind - turn them into history - like an event that happened, but is not happening now. So much nicer to keep moving forward.

that is so true, we all have regrets in our lives but we need to learn from them and go forward. if you dwell on them they become a big problem and will prevent you growing.
