Some (polishing) waxes will remove them depending on how severe they are. However, better yet, there are 'scratch remover' products on the market that are specifically formulated to remove scratches, provided they are not deep. Go to your nearest auto supply store. There are several brands to choose from. And they do work. I could not believe the great results. They are applied and buffed the same way as wax.

If the scratches are into the paint, there is a wax that was the color built in to it. If the scratches are just scuffs in the paint, then you might try a cleaner wax that is suitable for clear coat paint jobs. Good luck.
