ya like others say, technically it is correct. But no one really says that. I mean, it would be like saying "who's hungry?" and then responding with "I'm". That's not exactly the best thing to say. You would probably have to say "I'm hungry" in order for people not to stare at your weirdly.
Also, the word "i'm" has the intonation where it sounds like you're going to lead to something else. Like if you say "here i am", the am sorta marks the end of the phrase. but if you say "here i'm" then the last "im" sorta sounds like you're going to lead to another word so people will expect you to continue on.
Hope that helps

Here is a place word. Usually follows the noun. I am here.
In your sentence you would have to say something like,
Here, I've very famous. In that case here would still be a place word but - very famous defines something about the place.

You're right!! In a strict, technical sense it might not be wrong, but it sure does sound funny and in conversation would probably have people asking "Yes? You're what?"

It is grammatically correct, but colloquially incorrect. No one who is a native English speaker would say it. As you say, it sounds unfinished.
Here I'm _ _ _ _ _ _ maybe "well-known" or "firghtened" or maybe cold, hot, or lonely.
Get it?
Good question.

technically it's correct, but it makes little sense. you would have to switch it to "I'm here". Here I am is just a little backwards because it should really be "I am here"

Nope, you can only use "I'm" at the beginning of a sentence, except when saying something like "I know I'm right" ;)

A better way is "I'm here."
