There in absolutely no difference between getting the car fixed during one season to the next. The shops have hourly rates that they stick to....the varying price is the part in question. Good luck and remember to pick a best answer

It shouldn't make any difference. The labor is the same in cold or hot. Just decide when you want to have it installed.

it won't make any difference.they will charge you the same flat rate that all the shops charge.. if they charge you more,when it's a little uncomfortable outside,they're wrong,and you should take it to a shop that has a good garage to pull it in.................
