No, you don't have to. If you aren't going to continue to use the synthetic oil, then why do it in the first place?
It makes sense to stick with the same brand of oil when you change. You'll never get all of the old oil out of the engine, so after several oil changes with the same oil, then you can be sure you have all the oil the same. good luck.

You don't have to continue to use it for the vehicles lifetime, but while you have synthetic oil in your engine do not add regular oil. If you want to return to normal oil, make sure to do it when you do the next oil change. Just don't mix synthetic and regular.

you don't HAVE to, but it is recomended that once you switch to synthetic, no matter what was used previously, it is best to stick with synthetic. i'm not exactly sure, (someone correct me if i'm wrong) but i believe that using synthetic, then switching back to regular on the next change actually causes the oil to gum up faster, which results in a loss of power, throttle response, fuel mileage..
if you haven't used synthetic yet, and are curious about it, i would recomend Castrol Sytech, which is half synthetic half regular oil. or if you just want better performance out of your oil, you could try Lucas Oil Treatment, which can be picked up at any Schuck's, Krager, Checkers, Autozone or PEPBoys.it's a bit more pricey up front, but you will save with fuel economy and performance in the long run.

you can switch back but synthetic is much better than regular and from a cost stand point they cost just about the same because you can get at least 6,000 miles per change and in some brands you can go 15,000 between oil changes i would stay with synthetic

i've got constantly felt that a comparatively heavy motor vehicle with a small no longer worry-free working 4 cylinder motor merits to have finished guy made motor oil. no longer something will take place till you alter your oil next time. to dodge this from happening returned connect on your mechanic or any new motor vehicle dealership (ideally Honda) and carry on your person finished guy made oil in 5 quart boxes. study your handbook interior the glove compartment interior the specs pages what the crankcase oil means of your motor vehicle is. I doubt if it holds 5 quarts. you likely could pour-off from the 5 quart container into yet another spare plastic bottle to dodge everyone over-filling the motor vehicle. Walmart is thru a techniques the low in fee place to purchase your oil. they have a tremendously reliable determination. If achieveable, attempt to discover the previous proprietor or unique dealership and ask what variety of guy-made oil he used. The would won't supply up is you at the instant cannot make certain what he used. endure in techniques that Mobil1 is the main appropriate variety of guy-made oil bought international. guy made mixture oil is a waste of money. You, myself and the different shopper does not understand the proportion of guy-made oil interior the bottle while while this overpriced stuff is bought.

no, its recommended up to about 80k miles. then switch to normal oil. synthetic reduces wear and tear on the engine but after a certain point its more prone to slip past seals and rings. they why its recomended to switch back to normal oil later on. in either case, i wouldnt switch between the two constantly. that may cause longevity issues.
