each time i try to open my laptop a message appears and it says do you want to start your windows normaly and when i click on enter the laptop starts again on keeping the same message what can i do ??? please help !!

Assuming you have Windows XP, right after you click the on button, repeatedly push the F8 button.
This will cause a black screen with white writing to come on.
It will give you choices.
Choose the one that says "Open Windows in the last know good configuration"
Then it will boot and you should be in good shape again.

Put the CD in the drive, then press F12 straight after start up, then select boot from CD Drive, and follow the instructions good luck!!!!!!!!
