Physically stronger in most cases, but women have other advantages.

Guys are stronger than girls yes, and with the same amount of training the guy will be stronger. But your second question was quite different, just because the guy is stronger doesn't mean he will necessarily be better at the sport, there's a lot more that goes into sports besides strength.

Being better at a sport is different than being strong. Being good at something requires more than just training. The guy might not be good at it- might lack balance or determination or aim or focus or hand-eye coordination or endurance or whatever and that would make the girl better. Or the guy might not be very healthy while the girl is. Or it might just be a weak guy.

But all other things being equal, yes guys are stronger than girls. They have more muscles and more testosterone to make them strong. Guys usually have a lot more physical strength than girls. That's the way it is.

I don't know, but I think the guy would be stronger. I have a friend who's 150lbs (not fat, she's like 5'9) and my guy friend (140lbs) were play fighting and my guy friend pretty much flipped her and picked her up multiple times effortlessly and she seemed to have a problem doing the same to him.

So I just think guys have some sort of innate physical strength, but us chicks have other natural attributes we're better at, so no worries.

But just because he's physically stronger doesn't mean he'd be better at the sport than her. Maybe she'd be a great offensive player. Just never put her on defense and always have her blocked, lol.

Yes, a man will usually be better at most sports than women. I have to tell all those sexist men out there though that women have been proven to have better endurance and stmaina than men, they are usually better at long distance running that takes an incredible amount of mental strength. So that proves that men are more physically stronger but women are menatlly stronger. So in some sports woomen are better than men.

umm, i think in general guys are pysically stronger. but it really just depends on the guy and the girl.

umm i think that if you train them the same way then it should be pretty equal. in football the guy might be able to take someone down a little quicker but if trained right the girl should be able to do it. umm in running the girl might have a little bit of advantage. becuase guys consindrate more on upper body and girls considtrate on lower body.

i think girls are just as stronge as a guy in sport, they just have to find other ways that just to muscle things out.like take baseball and softball for example. guys can muscle the ball out of the parks, girls really have to turn there hips and snap ther wrist.

In most things yes. Guys have larger hearts, more muscle mass and in general are better physically coordinated. But women can and do train to world class levels of athletics. I'd put Mia Hamm up against 90% of the male soccer players in the world and she'd do better than fine.
But excluding the absole best males are built more for athletics. For example, any better than average male high school sprinter can run the same or better times than any female olympic sprinter.

Physiologically and anatomically, men are stronger than women. They were meant to have bigger muscles, be more aggressive, etc. biologically.

However, talent and athleticism play a big role in anything. I know lots of strong guys who could train forever and girls could still beat 'em at basketball. So the guy won't always be "better" in that respect, but he most likely will always be stronger.

Hope this helps ;)

Basically men and women are very similar. However, due to certain muscle building hormones(testosterone) which men possess more of, it is easier for them to be faster and stronger on the whole, which allows for greater ease in sport. Most people know this already, but you're clearly just a dumb chick.

Testosterone builds muscle and guys have much more testosterone than girls. In general, yes, boys will be stronger and faster because they are predisposed genetically to be that way. It depends on the people though. That is also why they separate sports in school and the olympics and stuff.

The guy will almost always be stronger and better, Simply because their bodies are built specifically for that kind of stuff.
