i cant seem to find any cheer squad where i live and i have got a keen interest in it, got any ideas? Where i live it's just not a done thing. I guess i could start up a school squad but, i dont no?

find out if there are other girls in your school that would be interested. if you can get a squad together then approach your headmaster. he may be willing to allow you access to the school gym a few times a week for practice etc.

I say you should try a squad. . .and maybe you'll start something at your school!!! Cheerleading wasn't an option at my school three years ago, and now it's an All-Star team thanks to the one person who started our squad. You should go for it, you might be awesome at it and love it too!

football teams and rugby teams sometimes have cheerleaders - why don't you see if Bristol City or Rovers do it? Or some other club close to where you live?

I've been to a couple of American Football games (obviously english teams) and they have cheerleaders may be worth looking into. If not, why not start up your own troupe, I'm sure you would be appreciated!
