I just found out there was paint oozing out of the bucket. And it's been on the carpet for who knows how long? it's not comming out! There is a light purple spot on my floor! How can i get it out?

If the paint is latex spray some water with dish detergent on it let it sit for about 30 minutes then take you kitchen sponge with the side that has a pan scrubber on it and go to work. have patience it will take awhile. keep the sponge moist. then vacume

I found this stuff call Jasco Paint brsh Cleaner and if you have dried paint it will losen it up and if the paint is washable Put hot water on it but , it will be alot of work sucking it up if it is in a spot that you have to clean it then get to work ! the hot water will break it down if you have ever rinsed out a paint roller that whats going to happen good luck. You can find it at any hardware store or somthing similar.
