You'll need the transmission and torque converter. then a new radiator, flywheel, drive shaft, throttle pressure linkage, shift linkage, crossmember & mount, shroud, cooling lines, speedometer driven gear, dipstick and dipstick tube, torque converter nuts, vacuum modulator hose, etc. You can get an aftermarket console shifter kit (like the B&M Megashifter)
It's do-able, but probably not worth the cost. (around 2k if you do the work yourself)
Good luck.

it's one headache,my friend. you have to change out the motor mounts, flywheel, all the linkage, and one big problem finding all the parts to do it...don't do it.it will cause you more problems than it's worth.......and always remember, what a car or truck comes from the factory with,it's better to stay with that..... get a car that came with an automatic..

Scooter gave you a good answer. It is a lot of work, but it that is what you want, then go for it. I would have someone else to the work. Keep all the old parts and find a swap meet or advertise them in the paper. good luck.

not very hard at all I would go with a turbo 350 its much harder to go the other way but all you need is a tranny, tranny lines and an auto flywheel your stick is wourth more than an auto so ask around and someone might do it for you just for your tranny
