Arr, I agree.
It people wanted to put up their own picture ... then they'd simply do so.
For the rest of us ... we choose a slice of imagery that best represents our closest interpretation of our souls contents.
Or maybe we think the pic is really cool. Or we want to show others what we like or dislike. Or perhaps we just want to get reactions from others ...
So ... the real question is ... Does the person ACT like their avatar? That would be a far more interesting question ...

I would be delighted to see a moratorium declared on that question! I don't think you're being persnickety at all! I have quit reading any of the questions that even contain the word "avatar" as most have been beat into dust by being asked so many times! Have a great week! Annie

I don't like the work 'moratorium', it just scares me...
...I'm not too crazy about 'persnickety' either.
Everybody knows that I look just like my avatar too. Maybe thats why people keep mistaking me for someone else...

DRAGON & Billy Boy look like Avatar. But does it really matter? I too say NO. Questions and answers matter.

Yes, but that's not a feeling, that's reality. Remember the first bailout that Bush, Obama and McCain all approved of ? The majority of Americans were against it, and they still passed it like we didn't even exist. People were writing their senators and representatives left and right, calling the White house, and still they ignored us. God bless.
