Well I have the pantech and every one like my mom,dad,brother,aunt,and me have at&t but I am the only one who wants the chocolate phone. But only one problem the phone is from Verizon Wireless is there a way I can swich

Not if you are locked into a contract. finish out the contract, then switch.
If someone else is paying for your plan, then apply to Verizon, good deals going on for new accounts. Have to say though, both my sons have Chocolates, nothing special about them, I get better stuff for my LG 9800

You either have to wait for the contract to expire or pay the "early cancellation fee" which usually is around $150.

just get a mp3 player/ipod there worth it.
